Ziv Ofek
Co-Founder & CEO
Serial entrepreneur and leader in the e-Health sector in Israel, Ziv Ofek is the founder and former Chief Innovation Officer of dbMotion, which was sold in 2013 to the US-based company Allscripts for $235M. Ziv is the originator of the dbMotion concept for clinical integration and semantic interoperability. With over twenty years of experience in the field of medical informatics, Ziv’s inventions are used in thousands of hospitals and clinics around the world.
Luz Erez
Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Engineer and scientist Luz Erez served in a series of firms as CTO, VP Development, and Chief Engineer. Luz specializes in complex data initiatives, including big data projects, unique software and hardware technologies, RFID development, retail infrastructure, and more. He has served as a member on the FCC NCIT-T20 ANSI location-based RFID committee and the IXRtail NRF committee as an XML expert. Luz founded ISI, which was merged into Ness Technologies, Inc. (Ness) – a global provider of information technology (IT) and listed on the Nasdaq. He has also served as a member of numerous open-source projects such as IUI and Ghostscript.
Peter Schon
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Peter Schon is the COO and CFO of MDClone. Peter has over 25 years of financial leadership experience and a proven track record of driving financial growth and spearheading strategic initiatives for global organizations. Prior to joining MDClone, Peter held the position of CFO at Pixellot and the CFO of Elcon Recycling. He held various senior finance positions in global and leading public and private companies such as Shikun & Binui (Arison Group), AFI Group, Shufersal, and Retalix (acquired by NCR).
Bruno Lempernesse
President
Bruno Lempernesse brings over 25 years of industry expertise, spanning the life sciences, healthcare technology solutions, data science, and analytics, with a global footprint that encompasses Europe and the USA. With a passion for data and research, he has been a pioneer in the field of Real-World Evidence & Real-World Data, and healthcare big data. Bruno’s innovative work has focused on the early development and utilization of Longitudinal Patient Data sourced from Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in Europe and the US. Most recently, Lempernesse served as chief executive officer at Carevive, recently acquired in May of 2024 by Health Catalyst.
Davidi Bachrach
Senior VP of International
Davidi Bachrach leads MDClone’s International Business which includes sales, business development, Customer success and support for the international markets. His role includes developing strategies for relevant countries, building partnerships and relationships to extend MDClone’s business internationally to areas such as Europe and Asia, as well as overall responsibility for successful implementations and on-going support of those customers. Before joining MDClone, Bachrach served as the COO of DayTwo, where he was responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the company operations worldwide. He previously served as the VP of Product Management, Population Health at Allscripts, and prior to that, as the VP of Professional Services for dbMotion Ltd., where he managed the company’s enterprise-wide projects in North America. Bachrach has more than 22 years of healthcare experience, including experience in digital health — specifically in data aggregation and analysis, scientific research, and consumer applications.
Almog Ohayon
Senior VP of R&D
Almog Ohayon currently serves as the VP of R&D at MDClone. Formerly, he held the position of VP of R&D at 2bprecise, where he successfully managed to build the company’s R&D organization, led the company methodologies, and developed complex solutions architecture and business strategies. With vast experience in the software industry and the healthcare field, Almog brings a unique blend of technical expertise and innovative and strategic vision to his role.
Nir Ilani
Senior VP of Product
Nir Ilani is a product strategy leader with over 20 years of engineering and product management experience, in which he successfully drove companies into hyper growth, transformative change and market leadership. At MDClone, Nir leads the product organization, and oversees vision, strategy, roadmap and GTM. Prior to joining MDClone, Nir held executive strategic positions including VP Products of IoT/OT at Forescout; SVP Products at CyberMDX, a leader in medical device cybersecurity; VP Products at Radware, where he lead the Cloud Security product portfolio; leadership positions at Mercury (acquired by HP Software) and more. Nir is an inventor of several U.S. patents. He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science and Business Administration, as well as MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University.
Michal Limor
VP of Human Resources
Michal Limor has over 15 years of HR experience shaping transformative landscapes across diverse industries. In her career in strategic HR initiatives, she has played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and fostering high-performance cultures. With a significant tenure at Chevron (Noble Energy) as well as a VP HR role at another technology startup company, she has developed expertise in navigating complex employee issues, spearheading transformative HR policies and initiatives, and establishing a new HR department to drive high-speed company growth. Her expertise spans cross-global organizations, HR policies and processes, HRIS implementation, and leadership, all in service of nurturing a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture that fosters thriving professionals.
Brandi Meyers
VP of Revenue Operations
At MDClone, Brandi Meyers coordinates operations across sales, customer experience, and market strategies. Brandi brings over 20 years of healthcare IT leadership experience and subject matter expertise from programming, implementation, support, and business development. She has led in these capacities across a variety of organizations, including healthcare providers, Deloitte & Touche, Cerner, and Oracle. Throughout her career, Brandi’s commitment to client service, partnered with her focus on processes and health IT expertise, influenced her success in strategic roles where she has launched new products and driven customer satisfaction improvements.
Daniel Blumenthal
VP of Strategy
Daniel joined MDClone in its early days, launching the company’s operations in North America and establishing its first partnerships with healthcare organizations in the U.S. and Canada. With MDClone’s growth, Daniel now leads efforts to expand key partnerships and develop new software, services, and collaborations around the globe. Based in Chicago, Daniel has extensive experience building startup ecosystems and supporting entrepreneurs in the U.S. and Israel, having served as Deputy Consul for Economic Affairs at the Government of Israel Economic Mission in Chicago.
Dana Arditi
VP Customer Success International
Dana brings over 20 years of leadership in Data and AI, with deep expertise in Customer Success, Product Management, and Data Analytics. She has led analytics teams at top telecommunications companies and transitioned into product management roles for analytics-driven tech firms. Dana later spearheaded the Digital and AI unit at IBM Global Services, where she led transformative digital initiatives in data science, AI, automation, and big data, delivering impactful solutions across industries, including healthcare. Most recently, Dana served as VP Global Customer Success at Cognyte, a global leader in Cyber Intelligence, where she developed and implemented the company’s customer success strategy, building the team and creating best-in-class methodologies. Dana holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Hamichlala Leminhal.
Peter Calderone
VP Customer Success North America
Peter Calderone is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving organizational success through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and innovative technology solutions. As Vice President of Customer Success at MDClone, Peter oversees a diverse team of healthcare and data professionals, advancing initiatives in synthetic data, research and quality improvement. Throughout his career, Peter has held leadership roles across healthcare organizations, including Allscripts/dbMotion, where he managed service delivery for clients in the US, UK, and Canada, and HIO Shared Services Inc., where he led operations for Health Information Exchanges in Wyoming and Nebraska. His expertise extends into clinical data science, where he has been an author and developed training and educational curricula in clinical data management, NLP, and healthcare generative AI platforms.

Venture Partner at OrbiMed
Ms. Anat Nursella is a Venture Partner with OrbiMed. She has over 16 years of broad experience in senior financial and operational positions within public and private biotechnology companies, supporting fundraising, licensing, partnerships, and M&A transactions with a total value exceeding a billion USD with global companies. She has deep expertise in building and leading finance functions, in addition to overseeing and collaborating with other critical business groups to enable growth and realization of value. Before joining OrbiMed, she served as CFO of ImmPACT Bio. Prior to ImmPACT, she was CFO of Adicet Israel (NASDAQ: ACET) and General Manager of Adicet Israel. Ms Nursella is a former CFO of cCam Biotherapeutics Ltd. (acquired by Merck), Keystone Heart Ltd. (acquired by Venus Medtech), RDD Pharma Ltd. (NASDAQ: NMTR), OticPharma Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELDN), NasVax Ltd. (TASE: NSVX), and Elutex Ltd. (TASE: ELTX).
Ms. Nursella holds an MA Law degree from Barllan University and a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Haifa, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
Justin Silver
Executive In Residence at Warburg Pincus LLC
Mr. Justin Silver is an Executive in Residence at Warburg Pincus, where he works with the Healthcare and Technology Groups on portfolio company strategic initiatives and new platform investments. Justin was previously on the senior leadership team at Inovalon, where he led enterprise corporate strategy and corporate development alongside product development and commercialization within the provider segment. Before Inovalon, Justin was the EVP of Corporate Development and Strategy at ABILITY Network, where he led over a dozen strategic transactions, prior to its acquisition by Inovalon. Justin held prior roles with Aetna in corporate development and as a growth stage investor at Radius.
He received a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, an MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
David Gussarsky
Partner, Lightspeed Venture Partners
Mr. David Gussarsky took his first job in venture — at BRM Capital 18 years ago. He fell in love with this profession. It was venture that he found most engaging. After spending eight years at BRM, he joined Lightspeed in 2008. David focuses on IT infrastructure investments with a specific interest in cloud, enterprise applications, storage, cyber security, analytics, and big data. He approaches his work from the unique perspective of a long-distance runner.
David not only keeps up with industry trends while on the move, listening to technology podcasts on early-morning runs, but also compares the company-building process to running a marathon.
Igal Shany
Partner at Viola Growth
Igal Shany is a General Partner at Viola Growth. He spent 25 years as a senior executive in building and managing companies across different sectors of the tech industry. He brings a proven track record in strategic planning, international expansions, IPOs and M&As.
As CFO of Saifun Semiconductors, he led the company’s IPO efforts and its eventual merger with Spansion. He was a VP Business Development at Spansion, VP Business Development and Marketing at Siemens AG Solar, following the sale of Solel Solar System.
Prior to joining Viola Growth, he served as CEO at Eitan Medical, where he scaled up the business to $100M, led the merger of 3 companies and sold its Wearable business unit, Sorrel, in 2023.
Yair Schindel
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, aMoon
Mr. Yair Schindel is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of aMoon. Previously, Yair served as the founding CEO of the State of Israel’s National Digital Bureau, responsible for digitizing governmental services and stimulating economic growth. Yair is also the founder of the MAOZ Network. Yair was an executive, investor, and advisory board member in several healthcare startups, including OmniGuide, Zebra Medical Vision, and Medisafe.
Yair earned his BSc and MD degrees at Ben-Gurion University and his MBA at Harvard Business School.
He served in the IDF for five years and graduated as Chief Medical Officer for the Israeli Navy Seals, known as “Shayetet 13.”
