Serial entrepreneur and leader in the e-Health sector in Israel, Ziv Ofek is the founder and former Chief Innovation Officer of dbMotion, which was sold in 2013 to the US-based company Allscripts for $235M. Ziv is the originator of the dbMotion concept for clinical integration and semantic interoperability. With over twenty years of experience in the field of medical informatics, Ziv’s inventions are used in thousands of hospitals and clinics around the world.

Professor Eyal Zimlichman, MD

Professor Eyal Zimlichman is a physician, healthcare executive, and researcher dedicated to innovation and quality improvement in healthcare and patient safety. He emphasizes the importance of external collaboration, stating, “Many medical centers focus internally, but the brightest ideas come from outside, particularly from startups.” With a background as Chief Quality Officer at Sheba Medical Center and Lead Researcher at Partners HealthCare, Prof. Zimlichman has established internationally recognized programs and advised the US Department of Health and Human Services. He currently conducts research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and leads the Talpiot Medical Leadership Program at Sheba, promoting young physicians into leadership roles.
