What Are We Looking For?

MDClone is expanding its U.S. operations, and the Sales Director will help build and execute the sales strategy for the company. This will include understanding the market trends and how to successfully articulate the MDClone message to resonate with targets and ultimately enable the Sales Director to meet financial goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • negotiating and closing on major contracts.

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans that successfully achieve company’s U.S. growth objectives.
  • Develop an operating budget for the sales division.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven sales executive experience.
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, especially U.S. health systems.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally across the U.S., as warranted by project work and location; frequency will vary.
